Login Instructions

  1. Access Revere: Open your preferred web browser and navigate to this can access the login here. Or you can access the Revere login page on our website www.knockknock.ai. Once here you can click on the "Sign In" blue button at the top right.

  2. Enter Your Credentials: Type in your username and password in the designated fields. These will have been 
    provided to you by your salesperson or Knock Knock support member during your initial sign-up.


  3. Sign In: Click the login button to access your dashboard. If you encounter any issues logging in, click the "Forgot Password" link for assistance or contact support.

 

Main Interface

Upon successful login, you'll be greeted by the Revere dashboard, your central hub for prospecting activities. The interface is designed for intuitive navigation, featuring a toolbar at the top for quick access to various functionalities:

Reserving Properties

To prevent competition over high-potential properties, Revere allows you to reserve properties:

  • Reserve Action: Clicking the "Reserve" option on a property will use 5 credits, placing a temporary hold on the property that prevents other users from Knocking.

  • Duration: Reserved status lasts for a specified period, during which the property is marked with a gold star icon, indicating its reserved status to all users.

Managing Knock Credits

Credits are a pivotal component of the Knock process, enabling users to engage with properties:

  • Monthly Expiration: Credits are allocated every month and expire at the end of each month. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month, encouraging strategic use throughout the month.
